This painting represents two figures seated side by side, held in close physical proximity yet psychologically distinct. Rather than emphasizing relationship or narrative, the painting focuses on posture, repetition, and the subtle tension that emerges when bodies occupy the same space without fully engaging one another.

Diptych consists of two adjacent panels that use repetition and variation to examine how a single figure can be read differently across separate but related spaces.
